1. Scope of Services

Hash Flight produces ticketed cannabis education and tasting events hosted in licensed cannabis consumption lounges. Tickets are for the curated experience, which may include guided tastings, brand presentations, and hospitality elements.

Any cannabis products consumed during the event are either provided by participating brands for sampling in compliance with applicable laws, or purchased separately by guests directly from the licensed dispensary operating the lounge. No cannabis products are sold as part of the ticket price or by Hash Flight.

2. Pricing & Payment Terms
Ticket prices vary per event and are displayed at the time of purchase. All prices are in USD unless otherwise specified. Full payment is required at the time of booking to confirm your reservation. Taxes and applicable fees are included or displayed during checkout.

3. Eligibility & Age Restrictions
You must be 21 years of age or older to attend Hash Flight events. By purchasing a ticket, you confirm you meet the legal age requirements in the jurisdiction where the event is held.

4. Duration of Agreement
These Terms apply to your participation in the event(s) you purchase tickets for. They do not automatically renew and apply only to the specific event(s) booked.

5. Cancellation & Refund Policy
All ticket sales are final. We are unable to offer refunds or exchanges for cancellations, non-attendance, or changes in personal circumstances. If an event is canceled by Hash Flight for any reason, ticket holders will receive either a full refund or the option to transfer their ticket to a future event.

6. Transferability
If you are unable to attend, you may transfer your ticket to another eligible attendee who meets the age and legal requirements. Please notify us at events@grassfed.la at least 48 hours prior to the event.

7. Force Majeure
Hash Flight is not responsible for delays, changes, or cancellations caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to extreme weather, government regulations, venue issues, or public health directives.

8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Hash Flight, its affiliates, staff, and partners shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your participation in the event. You attend at your own risk and are responsible for complying with all applicable laws.

9. Messaging Terms
When you opt-in to receive messages from Hash Flight, we will send you a message to confirm your signup. By opting in, you agree to receive recurring automated marketing and informational messages to the number you provide. Message frequency varies. Standard message and data rates may apply.
You may opt out at any time by following the unsubscribe instructions in our messages. For support, contact events@grassfed.la.

10. Transfer of Mobile Number
If you change or transfer your mobile number, you agree to unsubscribe or notify us so we can update our records.

12. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms are intended to apply globally, subject to mandatory local consumer protections. To the extent permitted by law, any disputes shall be resolved under the laws of your country of residence, unless otherwise required.

13. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Any changes will be posted on our website and will take effect immediately for new purchases and after 30 days for existing bookings, unless otherwise required by law.
